Making Salt Scrubs
For a quick way to decontaminate your energy field use the basic salt scrub for your morning shower or after a tough day at work.
Take five pounds of fine table salt, and pour into a large bowl, or container.
Put a thin layer of salt in the container, and then add 30 drops of lavender oil, ten drops of tea tree oil, 20 drops of spikenard oil, and 20 drops of almond or jojoba oil.
Mix in the oils with your hands thoroughly.
Enter the shower, wet your body, and step away from the water stream. Then pack handfuls of salt on the head. Let sit, and then scrub the rest of the body, including the bottoms of the feet.
Repeat the process of applying the salt to the top of your head.
This aromatherapy scrub will leave your body tingling, and feeling super light.
This potent bath blend uses oils which are predominately green and violet energy.
Tea tree oil adds lots of green light. Lavender oil adds violet light. Spikenard oil adds green light and more.
This blend will help purify not only the spiritual body, also the mental, emotional, and physical bodies as well.
